Kansas at its finest with a 5 day semi guided archery or muzzleloader hunt with 4000 acres of private ground harboring deer ranging from the 150-180 class being taken 50% of the time. Scattered through the area are feeders and tree stands on this Washington and Marshall county property.

Whitetail Deer hunt  

We offer semi-guided KANSAS WHITETAIL HUNTING with a great population of Trophy Bucks available. Our deer hunts are 5 day semi-guided hunts, upon arrival I will provide you with aerial photos of our properties and road maps of our entire area.  I will also give you a tour of our properties giving you information on bedding areas, feeding zones and other pertinent information.  We have tree stands positioned near several of our maintained food plots consisting of clover and turnips.  You will be the only ones hunting on the properties. We also have customized hunts if Kansas Whitetail Deer hunting permits: Drawing deadline is April 30, 2011. Names will be released in June 2011.

2011 Turkey hunt  

 We offer semi-guided KANSAS TURKEY HUNTING with a great population of turkeys available. Our turkey hunts are 3 day semi-guided hunts, upon arrival I will provide you with aerial photos of our properties and road maps of our entire area.  I will also give you a tour of our properties giving you information on roosting sites, strutting zones and other pertinent information.  You will be the only ones hunting on the properties. 

 Kansas turkey hunting permits: Turkey permits are available over the counter. 

Kansas turkey seasons: Our spring season   Youth & Archery      April 1-April 12

Kansas turkey species: Rio Grande, Eastern & Hybrids

PHEASANT HUNTS 

Northeast Kansas has some of the best pheasant hunting habitat in the country.  

We offer challenging bird hunts in our CRP native grass terrain. Our hunts are semi-guided and if you have your own hunting dogs you're welcome to bring them.  

$200 per day, per person 

Lodging is included at the Vintage Charm Guesthouse located in Waterville Kansas 

Minimum 2 day hunt 

Licenses and permits are not included these are not pen raised birds but wild pheasants 

50% non-refundable deposit required 

Season Dates are the 2nd Saturday in November thru January 31

COYOTE HUNTING 

You can help Washington and Marshall Counties control our predators by scheduling a  

successful Kansas coyote hunting trip. There’s nothing quite as exciting as calling in a coyote. 

You will need a general license Kansas does not regulate coyote hunting other than the required basic hunting license. 

An unguided Hunt starts at $130 a day (this includes lodging for one day).
