High Top outfitters

High Top Outfitters was founded in 2000 by Jay Simon and Shane Ellis. It began with 2 friends hunting cougars together for a couple of clients per year in the southern Utah mountains. The picture to the right is a double whammy. Jay and Shane had two clients hunting cougars. They began early and cut the first lion track and within a few hours had harvested their first lion of the day. They continued hunting and cut another fresh track. By that afternoon they had taken their second lion. Both clients were thrilled with their success.
