Florida Osceola Turkey Hunts South and Central Florida

FLORIDA OSCEOLA TURKEY

I lease and manage thousands of acres on several Ranches in the South and Central Zones for the elusive Osceola Turkey. The Season for the Southern zone opens the first Saturday in March and the third Saturday for the Central zone. We have very low pressure on ALL of our Ranches and almost a perfect success rate. We have several days in between hunts to ensure the birds have calmed down by the time you arrive. The biggest factor to our success is that we only take HALF of the mature Toms on ANY of our properties.  We are hunting prime turkey land and we manage it in a way to keep it producing aged birds.

*You MUST specify 1 or 2 birds when you book your hunt because we will not allow you to go from 1 to 2 birds once in camp. The next question is “can I have my 2nd bird for half price?" Each Ranch is different, But we have the same fixed cost for every bird ($ 995 plus…..) So the answer is "NO" but maybe a discount.. 

*It is $155 for your 10 day hunting License and two birds that you can buy over the counter.

*It is legal and we might have several corn feeders active, BUT you have to be at least 100 yards away from them in order to harvest a Turkey.

*Arrive NO earlier than 6 PM and Depart NO later than 8 A.M. on your hunt days.

*IF you hit a bird with an arrow or shotgun, that counts as your bird!

*Half deposit to hold your hunt and the other half is due by 

*No more than 4 hunters in camp at the same time.

*ALL hunts are 3 FULL days, plus your first night AND your last morning.

•I will select the ranch that scouting has shown the best population of mature tom turkeys.

For Guided Hunts please add $ 1000 to the hunt.

Hunts are limited on a first booked first hunt basis until we meet our ½ toms left level.
