If you are looking for a large lodge, lavish meals and a group of hunters to hunt with that could populate a small city pass this one by. If you want to pay for good hunting on private land in a guided or semi-guided treestand ground blind situations with almost 20 stands to select from after seeing the trail cam photographs this is the place.

From here they have harvested Whitetail, Mule Deer, Rio Grande, and Eastern Turkey, and Waterfowl.  

They specialize in Trophy turkeys that the mild low snow winters allow the toms to grow those big beards without breaking them off walking in deep snow.  The great habitat allows them to reach the age required to grow that beard.

Waterfowl and upland bird and Predator hunts are all available on this property.

You will be a short drive from Topeka and other town for meals and lodging if you wish to book there instead of with the outfitter. 

You will be hunting Zone 14 for everything except for Mule Deer, which is Zone 1 or 2. Leftover licenses are available after approximately June 14th each year.

Price for a non-resident tag is $322.50. A Kansas small game hunting license is $72.50. Both are needed to hunt Deer in Kansas. In addition for Mule deer it is an extra $ 100 if you win the no points used draw after you draw a whitetail license for the zone. If you have a Mule deer license you can hunt during the muzzleloader early season or rifle late season but you must only use a muzzleloader to shoot any deer you shoot, whitetail or mule deer.

The Turkey License is only $106.
