It has been managed the last fourteen years and is producing trophy whitetails with out introduced genetics !!!! This 5000 acre Ranch is currently a MLD III property and has consistently produced 150- 200 class deer.... Our camp is fully furnished with all amenities, covered parking for hunting rigs with great roads and RV hook ups if needed... It has been maintained and feed has been going non stop.. The Ranch has been a great producer and we are looking for a family oriented kid friendly group that will be willing to hunt with in our guidelines we have been hunting the ranch-- "Mature trophy deer only 5+"... Long term only........ Perfect for a family lease or a corporate package available for place to bring clients. Member is responsible for deer taken and guest must hunt with a member or guide. Lots of deer, hogs , javalina, quail, dove and predators. This ranch does have water on it with pump stations to maintain the Laguna's and quail stations... We will conduct a helicopter survey in late September and assemble a book with deer that are on the hit list as well as those that are protected. Each member will have a opportunity to harvest one trophy buck 142+, one management buck 130- 141, and two-three cull bucks min. under 130, 3-4 doe…….. All bucks shall be 5 1/2 + no acceptations. Additional bucks and doe's could be allotted after the survey and biologist issue our mld permits. We truly believe in allowing the deer to reach its max potential the old fashion way by letting them grow old. Members of the Ranch can hunt all blinds. Again We are looking for a select type of trophy hunter looking to hunt a monster whitetail of a life time not just your ave buck. We aim at helping every member find the buck they want to harvest. The lease is $10,000.00 per member. We will have staff on hand for all your needs and aim to make this a enjoyable positive experience.
