Come fishing on the Gulf of Mexico with Captain Adam Peeples on our 25' Cape Horn. Captain Adam can comfortably accommodate up to 5 anglers for short trips and 4 anglers for 8 hour and longer trips. For larger groups we do have buddy boat trips on another 25' Cape Horn that will allow for two groups of 4.

We offer a variety of fishing trips tailored to fit your needs. From tangling with Red Snapper and Grouper, hooking up on giant sharks, to catch and release Marlin we will fish for whatever YOU want to fish for. We fish out of Destin, Ft. Walton Beach, and Pensacola so no matter where you are staying, Captain Adam will pick you up at a nearby location. Unknown to many people, the near coastal waters of our area are home to some remarkable deep sea fishing opportunities. Why spend hours riding to your destination 30 miles offshore when you could already be putting fish in the boat just minutes after coming aboard? We routinely catch Red Snapper, Grouper, King and Spanish Mackerel, Mahi-Mahi, Amberjack, Trigger Fish, Porgy, Red Drum, Speckled Trout, Sheepshead, and a variety of other fish in less than 100′ of water! In addition, seasonal runs of Cobia, Sailfish, Black fin Tuna, and Tarpon roam our areas waters.

Fishing tactics depend on target species and prevalent conditions but anglers can expect to slow troll live baits, troll artificial plugs, bottom fish, sight fish or jig on any given charter. All of our gear is top of the line Shimano and Penn light tackle that even young children and women can enjoy using. Using light tackle makes for a less tiring day of fishing and makes the fight even more fun!

For the more adventurous offshore angler, Captain Adam offers blue water offshore big game fishing trips for Blue and White Marlin, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi-Mahi, and more. These trips are for the serious angler and involve spending all day on the boat and fishing from 40-60 miles offshore. All billfish are catch and release on these trips. We offer three different kinds of shark fishing trips. Gulf, Bay, and Surf fishing shark trips are all fun and almost always productive. All shark fishing with One Shot Fishing Charters is strictly catch and release. Capt Adam does not kill any fish simply as a trophy but will be happy to take plenty of photographs and measurements so that the angler can have a beautiful reproduction made by the taxidermist of his choice. Shark fishing trips are typically scheduled to begin in the early evening and last as long as you desire. If fishing from a boat is not what you are looking for, we offer shark fishing adventures from the beach with all tackle and bait provided. There are no limits to the number of people you can bring on these adventures so getting the whole family involved is fun!
