With over 20 years of Maine fishing charter experience, Bobber Down Captain Stephen Richard Commercial fished for 7 years. Striper fishing for over 20 years. Has his captains license and Maine special salt water guide license.

Captain Steve is a licensed Maine Saltwater Guide and is fully insured to carry up to six passengers with his captain’s license. Captain Steve is a full time charter boat captain and is available seven days a week during the fishing season. Captain Steve will be happy to help you if you are inexperienced and especially enjoys working with the children on our “Family Fun Trips”.

We pursue all species available in Maine waters based on the season and will also be happy just to take you on an island or lighthouse cruise. Our boat is also available for ceremonial use such as weddings or burials (ash distribution at sea).

Portland Harbor Cruises & Cruise Ship Services

In addition to our deep sea fishing charters, Morning Flight also offers free pick up service for those coming in from cruise ships. We will pick you up directly from your port drop off point. No need for you to take a cab!
