Treat yourself to 100 acres of prime trophy whitetail hunting in Kansas’s zone 10 by the town of Olathe, Kansas. This eastern Kansas zone is known from big bucks and big buck habitat. It is in the very NE corner of the state so it is adjacent to Iowa, Missouri and Nebraska high population and big buck producing locations. The property is what Kansas is famous for in producing 200 class whitetails as the one that have been seen on this property and shot on adjacent properties. 

With 85% of the property being woodlot it has great thermal cover and hiding places for bucks to grow into their 5 year old birthday. This property was set up to provide that perfect area with 9 or so 1achre to ½ acre food plots completely surrounded by woods. Two creek bottoms run through the property which makes excellent travel corridors for the bucks at any time of the year although it only carries water about 9 months out of the year. The high percentage of woods is what makes this property hold big bucks from the adjacent areas. In addition very little activity is a security factor on this property. When whitetail go nocturnal the best way is to build multiple small secluded food plots to make the big bucks feel secure feeding during the daylight hours instead of disappearing and going nocturnal. 

Each food plot as a tree stand plus there is a deluxe insulated ground blind that is even insulated!

This property will only have limited hunting on it as it has for a number of years to grow the quality to this level.

Rifle or archery hunts are semi-guided with the landowner advising you of the best blind to sit in and providing you a map of the property with the stands located on it.

There is a limit of no more than 3 hunters on the property at a time. This property is in Zone 11 and Kansas now allows you to put in for two areas instead of the old adjacent rule.

Hunting will be available for Muzzleloader, Archery and Kansas Gun season but booking will stop when 10 hunters have booked for the season.
