Black Eagle Outfitters is owned and operated by Joe and Sue Ciampa. Black Eagle Outfitters is a small operation offering personalized service for black bear, whitetail deer, moose, and eastern turkey in Maine. I have hunted with friends and family over the years with excellent results. Many of them have said I should get my guide license and share these experiences with others. In 2004, I became a registered Maine guide. In that year, I also became the first and only hunter to achieve back-to-back Maine grand slams. This means I was the first and only person fortunate enough to harvest a moose, bear, deer, and a turkey for 2 consecutive hunting seasons in Maine. In 2004, the grand slam was all with an Oneida Black Eagle Bow and at eye level. In addition my experience afield, I also have an animal damage control operators license with the state of Maine Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. I am sponsored by Oneida Eagle Bows, Invisiblind Ground Blinds, as well as Air Rest Arrow Rests.
