Kenai Experience

Kenai Experience is based in Cooper Landing, Alaska, 100 miles south of Anchorage. We specialize in offering guided fishing trips for trout, char, and salmon on the Upper Kenai River, which lies in the heart of the Chugach Mountains on the Kenai Peninsula.

Kenai Experience is one of a limited number of outfitters permitted to fish in the waters of the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge, a stretch of the Kenai River in Cooper Landing known for its impressive fishing.

Whether fly fishing or spin fishing, targeting trout, char, or salmon, we have the equipment to suit any fishing style. You can feel confident you will receive professional instruction in a safe no-pressure environment. All tackle and rods are provided but feel free to bring your favorite rod. Hip-waders and rain gear are provided if necessary.
