Based in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains are some of the best smallmouth bass fishing waters in the world. Confluence Outfitters is a fishing guide service that boasts over 15 years of experience fishing these waters. We offer guided fishing for smallmouth bass and Musky on the James and Maury Rivers.

We offer full day and half day float fishing trips. Fishing is done from a comfortable and well equipped white water raft with a fishing frame. All of our trips include any tackle and fishing equipment. However, if you would prefer you are able to bring your own equipment as well, but it is not required. Our trips include any drinks and snacks. For our full day adventures we take things to the next level and provide hot and cold lunches made to order riverside while you continue your pursuit of that trophy fish.
