Hunting Location: East of Valentine, Nebraska

Four Day Deer Hunt Sell Price:  $3250 – reduced to only $1500 for 3 Day rifle; $1400 for four day Muzzleloader and $1300 for five day Archery.

Plus if booked as two people or more there is an additional discount. Also the hunters that select the last 4 days of the season during the rut can also take a turkey for $100.

Three Day Turkey hunts are $ 595 for two Toms.

This is a whitetail hunt on alfalfa, corn and wheat fields along rivers and woodlots.

Level of Guiding: Semi-guided land hunts with a tour of the 7000 acre ranch and a map of the property. Lodging/meals: Not included. A local motel and restaurant is located eight miles from hunting area.

Application date deadline: Sale begins July 7 for non-resident tags and they are available on the internet on a first come first serve basis. Archery and muzzle loader tags are unlimited.

There are two or 3 small towns in the area with motels and restraints when you book we will give you their contact information.

This is premium farm ground and you will see many, many deer daily. Good deer are taken off this farm every year. You will be hunting Alfalfa, Corn and creek bottom along with patches of CRP. The rut is on during the Rifle season which is divided up into 2, 4 day groups with a two day break in between.

The second group can also shoot turkeys with shotguns after the deer hunting is done. There is a fee of $250 per tom turkey shot.

This farm hunt has enjoyed a 100% shot opportunity rate for rifle hunters most of the time. This farm is so promising for big deer that Cabela’s had offered to lease it for whitetail and turkey hunting. The landowner did not lease it; the land is here for you. These are five tree stands and I recommend bringing a ground blind in case deer patterns change.

Comments: The tree stands currently located on the farm are in high traffic fields, but ground or natural blinds are recommended. You will be hunting corn and alfalfa fields along with shelter belts (trees rows), juniper ridges and river bottom property. The owner will be there to help direct you to places where he has patterned deer. He has lived there all his life.

Deposit of $1000 required when booking for deer with the balance due 30 days before the hunt.
