Prime Price Cty Wisconsin Hunting Lease

This is a prime piece of hunting property located just south of Phillips, Wi. It is wooded with high ground hardwoods, some thick bedding area and small stream on the property with good access from the North or the West. I am a hunter which is why i bought the property but currently live in Colorado and don't have time to hunt the land until i retire in 20 years. This smells like big bucks! I am open to the leaser to planting food plots and building stands. I would also sign a very long lease so that you have time to manage the property for Trophy deer and bear.
