Thank you for showing an interest in hunting in New Mexico with Cougar Mountain Outfitters for 2010-2011. New Mexico has become a premier state for producing trophy class Elk, Antelope, Mule Deer, Cougar, Bear, Bighorn Sheep, Persian Ibex, and Oryx. I was born in New Mexico in 1953 and have lived here my whole life. Living here my whole life has given me the opportunity to become very familiar with the areas in the state that we hunt. I have hunted and guided in my home state for the past 45 years. My wife and I are committed to providing an exceptional and enjoyable hunting experience for each of our clients. We will only use certified licensed guides who are very familiar with the areas and species of game hunted. All of our equipment used is 1st class. We are licensed with the State Game and Fish Department and Insured. We are also permitted by the U.S. National Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management and the State Land Office. We are supporting members of the following organizations: Safari Club International Life Member, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, National Rifle Association, Boone and Crocket Club Life Member, Pope and Young Club, Mule Deer Foundation, FNAWS, New Mexico Council of Outfitters and Guides, and the North American Hunting Club. We pride ourselves in being honest and credible in providing the highest quality of Outfitting and Guide Service available for today's man, women and youth hunters.
