DEER

This area is well known for excellent hunting and is rated #2 in the world for harvesting high scoring deer. 200 inch whitetails have come out of this camp.

Most hunters want to harvest a trophy white tail buck. The Outfitter,  will do his best to make that happen for you. Lorne has more than 15 years of experience outfitting and guiding whitetail deer hunters in Saskatchewan, Canada and more than 30 years of whitetail hunting experience. The Outfitters has more than 250,000 acres of prime Saskatchewan whitetail deer land which makes it possible to offer hunters the hunt of a lifetime. The Outfitters success rate, over the last 14 years, has been 95% or higher and we have enjoyed an average score of 145 for the deer we’ve harvested.

There are two camps available to you. The South Camp is in Meadow Lake Provincial Park, Saskatchewan and has fully modern, self-contained three and four bedroom cabins for your accommodations. We have a beautiful lodge for dining and socializing. Clients can watch wildlife such as whitetail deer and fox from the lodge’s large windows while they enjoy their morning coffee.

The North Camp is a secluded lodge located one mile from the Meadow Lake Provincial Park in Saskatchewan. It is fully modern and accommodates up to nine clients. The scenery is spectacular and wildlife is abundant. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy the full whitetail hunting experience.

We use heated box stands for your comfort while deer hunting and your guide will take you to your stand and stay in radio contact with you throughout the day. 

This is his third year and already he has a 190 class buck under his belt.

The Camp 

 Fly into Moose Jaw Saskatchewan Airport and a 3 ½ drive later you are at the camp, or for a minimal fee the-is outfitter will have you picked up and driven to the lodge.

The South Camp is located in Meadow Lake Provincial Park, Saskatchewan, Canada. It is a fully modern camp nestled in a spruce forest just a short walk from the lake. The main lodge is a beautiful, rustic A-frame with a dining area, big screen TV and plenty of room for socializing.

Our remote camp is a 1750 square foot home with nine bedrooms and a shop. It is located one mile north of Meadow Lake Provincial Park along Dennis Creek.

We are located in the Meadow Lake Provincial Park in northwestern Saskatchewan near Cold Lake, Alberta. Our hunting area is Zone 69. There is an abundant local population of black bear, ducks and geese.

Our hunters harvested two North American black bear which scored in the top 25 of the Pope and Young record book. The Outfitter has more than 25 years of experience hunting black bears, and he has guided black bear hunters for 15 years. Lorne is a "hands on" owner who personally guides his clients and can ensure the quality care that he provides.

With thousands of miles of bush surrounding the camp these bears can live for over 20 years which is required to be a truly big record class bear. Many of these bears live and die and never see a human.

Black bear hunting is operated out of the North Camp only. This camp is remote, secluded and just a short ATV ride away from many of the bear baits. This gives clients more time to enjoy the incredible scenery and outdoor experience. The lodge is fully modern and sleeps up to nine clients. It’s very comfortable and is one of the most peaceful and serene places that you’ll ever find. The black bear area has 

approximately 100,000 acres of land available for hunting. The entire area is wooded with several lakes and streams running through it. The black bears that inhabit this area display many color phases, and they are healthy and abundant.
