Beartooth Flyfishing Lodge and Fly Shop is a beautiful, hand-built log structure 20 miles south of Ennis, Montana, on the Upper Madison River -- 45 miles from Yellowstone Park. Beartooth is owned and run by Dan and Nancy Delekta. Dan has guided on the Madison River and other trophy Montana rivers for nearly 30 years. He has tied flies since he was 10 and has created a collection of his patterns called the Delektables™, which have proven their superior ability to catch fish on the Madison and other Montana rivers, as well as lakes and rivers around the world. Dan has also created a collection of Delektables™ for salt-water fly fishing. Beartooth Flyfishing provides lodging and meals for guests. The Fly Shop, which is open to the public, offers thousands of patterns of flies, including all the Delektable™ flies, which can be seen on this site in the Delektable™ Flies Gallery, under the Beartooth Products tab. Our Fly Shop also carries fly tying tools and materials, fly rods, reels and lines, fishing and outdoor apparel for men and women, jewelry and a wide variety of fly fishing accessories. Beartooth Flyfishing is also the home of Beartooth Custom Fly Rods -- graphite, bamboo and fiberglass -- and Beartooth Flyfishing Leader Products. Beartooth Flyfishing also offers its products through the Beartooth Online Store on this site. Beartooth Flyfishing provides guided fly fishing trips on the Madison, Big Hole, Beaverhead, Missouri, Stillwater, Yellowstone and Bighorn Rivers, with experienced, expert guides. The trips include whatever level of instruction is desired, while enjoying a one-of-a-kind fly fishing experience on some of the best trout rivers in the world. Guests also enjoy delicious shore lunches, featuring gourmet sandwiches accented with fresh herbs grown in our front yard in old wood driftboat planters. Our website provides accurate and detailed fishing reports for the Upper Madison River, updated regularly. Fishing reports for the Big Hole, Bighorn, Missouri and Beaverhead Rivers are provided as they become available.
